If you accidentally downloaded the wrong format of a title, such as downloading the Kindle format when you meant to download EPUB, here's what to do. 

Visit our help form, and fill in the information - most important is your library card number, email address, and the title of the e-book. 

We will return the e-book from your account so that you can download it again. If the title has a wait list, place it on hold and email us back once you've done so. We can move you up to the top of the list, so you won't have to wait too long. 

If you'd like to simplify your e-reading or listening experience, try the Libby app if you use an Android or iOS (Apple) device. There is no need to choose a format when you check out an e-book!
