Question and Answer

I get an "invalid library card" error when I try to log in

Sorry for the trouble!

If you signed up for a WCCLS library card in a library building, your card number will start with 23614. Enter the card number without any spaces.

If you signed up for a WCCLS e-access library card online, your card number will start with the letter E, followed only by numbers. Be sure that you're entering the number zero (0), not the letter O.

If you received a WCCLS library card through your school, your card number will start with a three-letter abbreviation for your school (e.g. BSD or HSD).

If you still get the error message, make sure you're signing into Washington County Cooperative Library Services, not Washington County Library. Look for the WCCLS logo at the top of the screen.

You may also be running into a password issue. If you don't remember your password and your library card account has an email address on file, you can reset your password via email by entering your library card number here. If you're still running into trouble, fill out our help form and we'll work with you to diagnose the problem.
