The WCCLS catalog software provided by BiblioCommons is used by libraries in the United States, Canada, and Australia, so someone may already be using the username you want.
Try adding numbers to your preferred username to make it unique.
If you already have an account through Multnomah County Library, you will need to create a new library account with WCCLS.
