By default, your password/PIN is the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your account unless you changed it.
If you still cannot log in, enter your library card number on this page. If you have registered on the catalog and created an account with an active email address, you will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
You may also contact your library to have your password reset to the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Your password must be:
alphanumeric (A-Z, a-z, 0-9)
a minimum of 4 characters and a maximum of 16
You can use capital letters, lowercase letters and numbers, but not special keyboard characters or spaces.
NOTE: The catalog will technically allow you to enter special characters, but other services in the library cannot accept special characters in passwords. If you use special characters in your password, you will not be able to use services such as self-checkout.
