Can I import my Saved Lists from the previous catalog?
Yes! Please note that this is a one-time import, and once it’s done, the option to import lists will go away.
Your previous Saved Lists will be combined and added to your For Later shelf.
If you would like to narrow down your combined list with search facets/filters, you can add tags (titles you own, genre, personal, etc.). Due to time needed to index this data, tags can take up to 15 minutes to appear as a facet.
To import your Saved Lists, log in to your account at https://wccls.bibliocommons.com/
- Click on your username on the upper right-hand side of your screen.
- Select the For Later shelf under My Collections.
- Once on your shelf, you will see an option to Import List Items.
- Click Import List Items. A message will appear informing you of the import, and you will see you Saved Lists items on your For Later shelf. If you had a lot of items, it make take some time for everything to appear.
Your Saved Lists will remain in the previous catalog.
Items that have been removed from the library since you placed them on your original list will not import.
It is not possible to import lists from Goodreads.com.
