I am checking out an e-book using the WCCLS catalog. How do I know which format to choose?

 

If you are checking out e-books from the WCCLS catalog to read or listen to in an app or on a device, here is how to know which format to choose when you are prompted to do so.

If you use the Libby app or the browser to read or listen to e-books

  • E-books: OverDrive Read format
  • Audiobooks: OverDrive Listen format

If you use the Kindle app or a Kindle e-reader to read e-books

  • E-books: Kindle format
