Question and Answer
When I search for books that I know are in the digital library, I get no results. What's happening?
If you are searching for something in our digital library that you know we have, but it's not coming up in search results, this is usually because of search filters or account settings for audience level.
OverDrive app or website
If you use the OverDrive app or search using the OverDrive website, here is how to check your account settings to make sure they're not filtering out titles based on your audience level settings.
Remember that the Mature Adult filter is not referring to a reader's age, but instead refers to mature (explicit) content for readers over 18.
If your filters are set so that only certain audiences are included, try changing the filter to All Audiences and see if that resolves the issue.
If you use the Libby app, and aren't seeing the titles you are expecting to see, it's likely because of how your search filters are set. The search filters in Libby are retained until you change them. If the last time you used Libby, you set it to only show titles that are available for checkout right now, then that setting will be retained until you change it again. This page explains how to change those settings back, so that you see everything in our digital collection.
